Regulatory Audit
Anastasia Mosquito Control District (AMCD) has a need
for a comprehensive, regulatory audit. The scope of this audit will
include, but will not be limited to, all requirements of applicable
EPA/DEP, DACS, and OSHA regulations. The audit will evaluate the
regulatory compliance of the District to the standards in the
purchase, use, storage, and disposal of pesticides and other
chemicals extending from the present time and going back 2 years.
Also, the selected company will be required to submit weekly status reports and
requests for payment for any work performed to date.
Note: Further consulting work may be necessary
to assist with the implementation of recommendations resulting from
a regulatory audit. Such recommendations ensure continuous
improvement upon implementation of needed training and auditing
tools.
Communication of your intention to submit must
be forwarded to AMCD by 4:00PM, May
8, 2008. Actual proposals must be submitted in writing to 500 Old Beach Rd. St.
Augustine FL,32080 or electronically by 4:00PM on May 15, 2008.
